Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@davymom.com. Returns are sent to: 3433 Brushland Cres, London, ON. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Hygiene exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used pacifiers, teethers, and food feeders cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take extra time to post it.
